The stars turned out in force once again for the Cultural Bridge offering of The Edge of Heaven.
Hayden Christensen and Rachael Bilson were just a few of the famous faces to walk the red carpet at the Madinat Arena. They were joined by the director and cast members Faith Akin, Patrycia Ziolkowska and Nursel Kose.
The film, which is the German submission for the 2007 Best Foreign-Language Film Oscar, brought with it a sell-out crowd of people of all ages and nationalities.
And while the cast made their way along the red carpet amid the incessant flashes from photographers, Bilson and Christensen posed with fans and signed autographs, making sure the Madinat was given a real Hollywood atmosphere.
‘Great’
Christensen said: “It is great to be here and watch so many films from other countries. We should embrace the opportunity and I, for one, am enjoying every minute.”
After already refusing to do interviews with local press and whole-heartedly snubbing both photographers and reporters at amFAR’s Cinema Against Aids evening, Bilson once again stepped out of a limousine and made no effort to even smile at the media.
The film
