Synopsis: TAKERS takes you into the world of a notorious group of criminals (Idris Elba, Paul Walker, T.I., Chris Brown, Hayden Christensen and Michael Ealy) who continue to baffle police by pulling off perfectly executed bank robberies. They are in and out like clockwork, leaving no evidence behind and laying low between heists. But when they attempt to pull off one last job with more money at stake than ever before, the crew may find their plans interrupted by a hardened detective (Matt Dillon) who is hell-bent on solving the case.

After a few times of changing poster styles, speculations about Chris Brown’s involvement in the movie and the premiere date push-backs, T.I.’s upcoming movie, Takers, finally gets the promotional wheels going. The movie stars is filled with an all-star cast such as T.I., Idris Elba, Matt Dillon, Paul Walker, Jay Hernandez, Michael Ealy, Hayden Christensen and Chris Brown.

Speaking of anticipation, rejoice because there’s finally something going on for the fans. Starting Saturday, July 24, 2010, the Takers Takeover begins at Shiekhshoes.com and the AKOO Clothing Brand Web banners go live. Viewers will be prompted to click on the flash and routed to the Takers’ banner which lists official rules of the grand prize sweepstakes. The lucky, well, taker… will get roundtrip airfare and hotel accommodations for two to attend the Las Vegas premiere of the movie.

That’s not all, the Takers Take Over teams will give away AKOO and Takers promotional items on the streets starting Saturday, July 31st. The next day, August 1st, every $100 purchase of AKOO merchandise will get a GWP free pass to attend the Sony/Screen Gems picture Takers courtesy of AKOO Clothing Brand and Shiekh Shoes.
