Left over voice from FG? nice to see something, maybe that’s Hayden’s NY voice.
Heehee, Cath, i thought the same thing! Maybe it’s a NY accent? Shia Lebeouf did something similar for A Guide to Recognising Your Saints.
Maybe someone could help, but didn’t Hayden spend summers in High School in NY? Perhaps that is where he picked up the twang.

Having a NY voice for this movie seems right, and I can’t wait to see it, but…..I would love to see a movie in which he sounds like the Canadian boy that he is! Maybe one of these days, eh?
@ Tav yeah maybe playing hockey as well, he does sometimes sound Canadian in interviews at least certain words.
Oh my. Playing hockey AND speaking “Canuck”…..lord, may be too much to think about right now.

That was really romantic, trying to get someone who is already dating someone is very courageous, I love that Hayden got this part!
His voice is the same in Factory Girl, when I see interviews with Hayden he usually has a hoarse voice.
