Julie’s Tattoo Story

When I was 5 or 6 years old, the 25th anniversary of the Star Wars movie came out in theaters. My parents took me to see it and I fell in love with the movie.

A year later my dad and I made a R2-D2 costume for me for Halloween. I won first place. R2-D2 was my favorite character of the series. Then when the first three movies came out, I began to like Anakin.

When the second movie “Attack of the Clones” came out, I fell in love with Hayden Christensen. Of course I’ve seen him in Higher Ground before but when he was Anakin, I thought he was good.

Anakin became my favorite character as well as R2-D2 and Obi-Wan Kenobi. Then the third movie came out and the scene with him turning slowy and his evil eye showed…i thought that would be an

awesome tattoo. I did see another picture with him and vader meshed together. I then decided that would be my tattoo. On June 12th of last year, I went to Miami with my mom. She thought it would be

cool to get another tattoo, for the both of us. I decided on this one. It took an hour and 300 dollars but it was well worth it. A lady did my tattoo, her store is called Lucky’s. It is a block away from Miami Ink.

I love how it came out.
